Hey, welcome back to our new blog home. Those of you who have followed us over here, thanks. We’re glad to have you here.

I (Mary Kate) have a lot of chickpeas lately, as I can’t stop finding ways to use aquafaba.  Hummus is fine, but to be honest, I’m a little bored by it lately. So I went searching. Cinnamon Toast Crunch crunchy chickpeas sound definitely worth trying. I also found a Thai Chickpea Almond Curry, which will not be safe for the nut allergic, but meets my needs, so I might need to give this a try, too. And to make up for the single-mindedness, I’m also thinking General Tso’s Chickpeas sound pretty tasty, too. But I miss Chinese food a lot.

Since Mary Kate brought up aquafaba, I found this Vegan Hollandaise recipe that uses it that I’d like to try. I have all the ingredients so I just need to find time. And since I need to use up apples, a lot of apples, I found a recipe for an Apple Habanero Hot Sauce. Because of course I’m going to find a way to use chiles in this situation.
