Cassini would like to know how it has come to be September. So would MaryKate and Denise.
In the meantime, what are you eating for breakfasts? If you can eat corn and coconut, this vegan cornmeal porridge sounds like a nice change from oatmeal. I think Denise and I both get tired of our mundane breakfast routines. And I’m thinking about trying these brownies for work next week — they’re gluten-free, vegan, and made with maple syrup instead of cane sugar, which might work for one of my workmates.
I (Denise) got this Cast Iron Danish Aebleskiver Pan (no affiliation with Amazon, linking for illustration purposes only) to try to make jam stuffed pancakes, but I think I can make these Moong Dal Paniyaram in it too with very few changes, and it sounds pretty tasty!
My sister is raising Muscovy ducks. I’m going to get to try some. (I’m allergic to chicken and react to turkey, but I do okay with regular duck which I enjoy, and I did not react to goose, but I hate the taste.) I found this recipe for Sweet Duck Legs with Plum & Star Anise that I’m sure I could make work out with a few modifications and would be cool to try.
Have a great weekend everyone!
