Although this isn’t allergy specific, I (Denise) bet this technique of baking cookies in silicone molds would work great for gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free baking, and would be a lot easier than trying to make cut out cookies using gluten-free dough. And I have the dinosaur molds in the pictures already.

I’m going to go with this month’s theme, since it’s a personal obsession of mine: POTATOES! YES! Today, potatoes from around the world to show that they are so versatile, everyone can cook them. First up, Spicy Hunan Potatoes, for the northern Chinese take: pan-fried with vegetables and spicy sauce. Secondly, one of my mom’s favorite recipes, Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes, which is a one pan oven dish with a lemon-garlic sauce.
