I know not everyone is into mushrooms, but oil-poached mushrooms (and garlic-mushroom oil) sound great to me.

I’m still trying to find some breakfast food. This recipe for Chana Dosa looks good, it would need very few changes for me, and I’m pretty sure I can do it in my Vitamix.
If you knew me (Denise) in real life, you’d know that I have a healthy appreciation for clutter. Or rather, I have too much to do to worry about my kitchen (or the rest of my house) being aesthetically pleasing. I need it to be functional. Having a “House Beautiful” style place is not on my list of priorities, which is why I liked this article from The Kitchn. Because it’s always nice to have some justification for not doing something that you’re just never going to have time to worry about anyway.
