I’m guessing that someone, somewhere has some superstitious food traditions, but not us, not here. Mostly, we’re just looking for tasty, safe-for-us recipes.
This week, I found a rice burger — I stumbled on this concept a while back, but had never really pursued it. This Bulgogi Rice Burger version looks incredible.

And for more science, here’s a position paper of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology on food allergy due to immunological cross-reactions with common inhalant allergens. It’s kind of fascinating stuff, and I (Denise) think it may explain the development of many of my allergies.
